Like yours, our time is very precious to us, so we ask that you understand the importance of booking an appointment and the consequences for a business of not showing up or cancelling at short notice.If an appointment is not fulfilled, a fee is applicable towards the cancellation. Updated policies are outlined below:
- 24 hours or more: No charge
- Cancellations made 3 hours prior to the appointment: 50% of the service charge will be deducted
- Cancellations made within 3 hours of the appointment: 100% of the service charge will be deducted
- No-shows or late arrivals (after a 10-minute grace period): 100% of the service charge will be deducted
