General Questions
The base price & time is set for 6 children total and we allow up to 8 kids in total.
Yes, the Birthday Girl is included in the total number! So if you book the package for 6 children, that would mean the Birthday Girl + her 5 guests.
Ideally we’d like to keep the number with a minimum of 2 parents total. With our 2-3 party hosts and all our fabulous party guests we don’t always have room for a multitude of parents unfortunately! If we can keep the number down to 2-3 parents total that allows us more room for all our super fun party activities!
Of course! If they are wanting to be involved in the glitter and nails, they are more than welcome! However, if they prefer, we can switch out those activities and give them some awesome coloured hairspray, face paint with stencils, temporary tattoos & a superhero slap wristband!
Of course! Your little ones may get hungry in a party, especially if it is near lunchtime! You are welcome to bring in some snacks, cold finger food like fruit platters or sandwiches & lollies. We unfortunately cannot have any hot food in salon, and we are unable to provide any food or serving utensils.
You definitely can! We can turn down the lights & sing Happy Birthday together and we can pop some unlit candles on the cake. Unfortunately we cannot light any candles in the salon due to the sensitivity of our fire sprinklers in our salon! But we will still make cake time special
Of course! Please make sure you chat about any changes at the time of booking, in case it changes the timing/stylists needed to book your party. If we leave it to the day of the party to ask, we may not be able to accommodate, as we usually have multiple parties booked in every weekend!
Currently our craft activities include decorating a headband to take home using gems & glitter, or a slap wrist band, as well as loom band bracelet making! *This craft activity is subject to change depending on availability of materials needed.
We can definitely fit some small decorations in! Some parties have brought in balloons, or a little banner!
You can book a party by speaking directly to our Party Team Manager! She is in the salon Tuesday-Saturday, so you are able to book in a party during these times. You can book in person in salon, or you can call the salon and ask to speak to the Party Team Manager. Alternatively, you can jump on the website to the ‘contact’ page and click on ‘party enquiry’ and send our team a message and they will contact you at your best availability!
If possible, to make your booking as smooth as possible, please have your party package preference in mind, with a guest total estimate and some dates you have in mind! This will ensure a quick and easy booking for both you and the Party Team!
As the Party Team works Tuesday-Saturday, they will be in contact the Tuesday the week of the party to run through all your details again & confirm all the information is correct to prepare all things for your party. They can take your final payment over the phone at that time also.
Parties can be booked by our Party Team Manager on Tuesdays-Saturdays
Glow Up Questions
The Glow Up goes for 60 minutes total including cake & activity time
Although our maximum number of guests is ideally 8, you’re welcome to discuss this with our Party Team Manager and depending on the number & date we can try our best to see if we can accommodate.
In the Glow Up we are using a single clip in coloured hair extension, for a pop of colour! This can be cut to the length of their hair to blend, or they can leave it long!

Sparkle & Shine Questions
The Sparkle & Shine goes for 90 minutes with 6 guests in total. If a 7th or 8th guest are added to the party, an additional 15 mins per guest will be added to the party time.
We strongly recommend booking your total guests at the time of booking that you anticipate, as we do book up VERY quickly here in salon and often run back-to-back for parties, so we may not be able to accommodate additional time for extra guests if they are added last minute.
You are welcome to switch from nail polish on fingers to nail polish on toes if school disapproves! Alternatively, you can have a look at our Alternative Options listed and at the time of your booking express the changes you would like made.
If you make this request known at the time of booking, our Party Team Manager can give you a quote on the additional colour extensions and book the extra time needed. This would only be for adding coloured clip in extensions. At this stage we are unable to add in our famous Mermaid Dutch Braids into these parties, but stay tuned for the future!
Ultimate Dream Questions
The Ultimate Dream goes for 120 minutes with 6 guests in total. If a 7th or 8th guest are added to the party, an additional 15 mins per guest will be added to the party time.
